A Stone Age Situation

A Stone Age Situation is a 2D puzzle platformer where you guide a dopey caveman through a snowy, icy landscape, reaching the fire at the end of each level to outpace an ever intensifying cold front and reunite with your family.

The game is heavily inspired by "Mario vs. Donkey Kong" for the Gameboy Advance(and Nintendo Switch now, I guess) and derives a lot of its mechanics from it, but with a goofy, prehistoric twist.

This demo features a rough draft of the first world, and will hopefully give you an idea of what the game is like. I plan to do 4 worlds plus some bonus content, and potentially a full fledged level builder if it seems popular enough.

I do plan to sell the game on Steam and potentially other platforms once it is fully complete. I am releasing this demo now to collect feedback from players and gauge how much interest there is in the game.
